The Initial Audit
Are you in violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA)?
We will run an initial audit on your site to see if you are in violation of the ADA or if your site is already compliant. Our audits are based on manual and automated testing using specialized testing tools and software. The audits are performed by experienced accessibility experts.
Remediation
A plan and a timeline.
We will work with your advertising agency, web developers, or others based on your needs, to formulate the remediation process that includes code repairs that cause the errors that put you in violation of the ADA and cause problems for web accessibility. During this phase, we develop a timeline that gets your website compliant in the shortest amount of time. We are a constant partner during the remediation phase, and ongoing remediation assessments will occur until completion of the project.
Conformance Documentation/VPAT
Validation. Documentation. Compliance.
A validation assessment is performed and approved by accessibility experts with National Compliance Group. We provide Conformance Documentation to verify that your website has been remediated and now complies with the ADA and all relevant accessibility requirements.
The Seal of Approval
Put the proof right on your website.
Once the site has been remediated, we offer you all of the required disclosure language that is needed on your website. We also provide a website Seal that you can display to show that your site is VERIFIED by qualified website accessibility experts.
